Learning Technologies
[Mobile Learning] [Event Resources]
What are Learning Technologies?
Learning Technologies can be thought of as any technology that can be used, or adapted, to deliver learning and teaching. For example; your mobile could be a learning technology. A further definition of Learning Technologies can be found at the alt site.
Learning Technologies enable teachers and learners to interact with the learning content. They can breakdown barriers of traditional learning spaces and encourage interaction with learning anywhere at anytime.
These pages are designed to provide information on new Learning Technologies (L.T.) and their use within education. Aside from the web site the Regional Support Centre loans out Learning Technologies kits and runs L.T. related events throughout the year.
