The Regional Support Centre South West has bases within Exeter College, Cornwall College and the University of Plymouth.
The RSC has 10 full-time staff supporting the integration of ICT and ILT.

Purpose
The Advice Line is designed to be the single point of contact for calls from organisations supported by the RSC. From here, calls are assigned to the RSC Team members and resolved accordingly
Operating Times
The Advice Line will only be staffed between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday. Outside these hours, a message may be left on the Advice Line answerphone, or by electronic mail. Any call taken will then be logged the next working day.
